Exchange / Return Policy

  • Pick-up: In most locations, we offer a free pick-up service for an exchange. You will see a pickup option when you submit an exchange request.
  • Self-Ship: If we don't offer a pick-up at your location. In such cases, we will credit the shipping costs in the form of credits provided the product meets the exchange policy and you have shared a scanned copy of the courier receipt with us.
  • NOTE:
    a) We ONLY offer RETURNS for damaged or wrong products delivered by us. In such a case, you will be required to send us detailed pictures and video proof of the wrong/damaged product.
    b) Any other concerns, eg. Size issues, fitting issues etc. will ONLY be offered an exchange in size or item, or usable store credits. No monetary refunds will be entertained in the cases as mentioned. Kindly do not request us for the same. 
  • Post pick-up, our team will do a thorough quality check on the return. For a successful return, we will initiate a refund for the return amount into the mode applicable at the time of initiating the return request. If the product does not pass the quality check, there will be no return/refund of the product.
  • If you choose to exchange the item purchased by you on THEPOSE.IN within the specified exchange period (7 days), for an item of a different size, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.
  • If you choose to exchange an item purchased by you on the website for any other item of the same or different value from THEPOSE.IN; In such case, if the exchanged item is of a higher value, differences in amount will be charged to you and if the exchanged item is of a lower value, differences in amount will be refunded (in store credit) to you post successful pick up of the original item from you.
  • Net amount paid by you (excluding instant cashback/discount) to purchase an original item will be considered to calculate the difference in the amount of the original and exchanged item which will be payable by you or refundable by EVRTRND FASHIONS PVT LTD as the case may be, for an exchange.
  • Washed/stained products will not be returned.
  • Exchanges are only allowed for pin codes that are serviceable for an exchange.
  • The item cannot be exchanged for multiple products and you are allowed to select a single item for exchange. Customers can exchange multiple items at a time by initiating separate exchange requests for each item.
  • Platform Handling Fee (as defined under ‘Terms of Use’) is not applicable to exchanged orders.
  • EVRTRND FASHIONS PVT LTD shall reserve the right to restrict the exchange of the items purchased through our website, if the customer in any way breaches or misuses this policy, as determined by our sole discretion. In case you have purchased an item that has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
  • EVRTRND FASHIONS PVT LTD will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, EVRTRND FASHIONS PVT LTD would not be accountable for the misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the customer.
  • We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 150 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, for upto 2 items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, the reverse shipment fee will be calculated basis the number of products.
  • Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
  • For COD orders, a store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered email address/contact number.
  • Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped (with original tags and labels intact). If the products are returned in poor condition, without tags or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
  • Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE. 
  • Payments made with COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid by you, which can be used anytime.
  • Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.

  • Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Please note that Rs.150 reverse shipment fee will be deducted from the final refund amount as per our store policies.
